CTC Holidays – Keep Travelling

CTC Travel (Commonwealth Travel Service Corporation Pte Ltd) is popular among Singaporeans not for just its size – being one of the largest tour agencies in Singapore. Its popularity is gained through customers’ feedback online about its excellent customer service and the unique itinerary of CTC tours.
Being a well established travel agency, CTC Singapore has offices at Mosque Street (headquarters), People’s Park Complex and People’s Park Center. CTC tour packages vary from the popular group tours, relaxing free & easy packages, MICE, to education tours and Muslim tours.

I am a Singaporean and my hubby is a Australian i wander if we book a holiday to China from Singapore, do my hubby need a visa to China? Or can he apply through CTC? and how many days will be approve and how long it expire? Thank you.
Hi Angie,
Australian passport holders do require a visa to go to China and the passport should have at least 6 months validity. If you plan to book your holidays with CTC travel, I believe CTC tour coordinator can advise you on the VISA application procedure, which I believe it will take at least a week for approval.
Hi,
we’re planning to go to Korea/Jeju this coming Mar’13 school holiday, will coming Natas travel promotion inclusive this period
Hi Kasz,
Korea holiday packages are still very popular among Singaporeans. I expect there will be many South Korea tour packages to choose from the respective tour agents like CTC Travel or S Travel during NATAS Fair February 2013 event. Do monitor their Pre-Natas Fair as prices are relatively cheaper during the their Pre-Natas fair.

Dear Sir / Mdm
I am interested to know any tour package for Zhang Jia Jie, preferably in May. Thank you. Regards,Jean
Hi Jean,
Many big travel agents like Dynasty Travel, Chan Brothers have tours to Zhang Jia Jie. I noticed that ASA Holidays have quite a good variety of packages to Zhang Jia Jie. Depending on your budget and time, they have 9D, 10D & 11D tours, fly by SilkAir. The highlight of tours is the luxurious 5-star cruise and there are departure dates in May. A 9D tour starts from S$998.
I suggest you visit the Natas Fair 2012 and compare the itineraries and final prices offered by these travel agents.
My family of 3 booked a tour to Melbourne, Sydney & Gold Coast for 9 days. Your staff told me the tour was confirmed & ready to collect the balance $3000+ from me on 20 Nov. However, for the past 2+ months, CTC has NEVER publicise the package in the media, except the NET. My family is the ONLY 3 persons on your list. We know very well that it is easy for CTC to refund us the booking down-payment should there be less than 10 on the list. If CTC is not showing any faith in running this tour, why not refund us the money EARLIER or offer us alternative tours. We are very keen on touring Eastern Australia. Meanwhile, we don’t wish to be put in a fix on the day, 2 weeks before the departure day as per your company’s policy. By then, no one is able to guarantee we could go on with the tour at our budget expectation.
In addition, now with the QUANTAS crisis and with 4 weeks left before the departure date, I believe CTC should be exploring /consdiering alternative plans & inform us asap, don’t you? Pls give us more time (3 weeks at least) to review our travel plan.
I think CTC’s HQ has been moved to 1 Commonwealth Lane.. but yeah, CTC has one of the greatest deals ever!
Booked a tour to Europe with CTC at their fair, and got the “2nd Traveller Fly Free” promotion, and saved more than $1000. The trick, as consumer, is that we need to go with more flexibility and an open mind, as great deals don’t last, so we need to be flexible by having a range of dates in mind…then we won’t be disappointed…I did that everytime I travel, and so far I’ve been able to get great deals, and have never been disappointed…am certainly looking forwarding to travelling with CTC…
