I have not come across very attractive SQ air fare deals to Perth in Dec 2012. Currently, the cheapest air fare is offered by Tiger Airway at around S$512, followed by Jetstar at S$537.
Can we do a different point of entry and exit for this promotion? Say Milan then exit Paris.
